Comandancia Pral. de Coahuila y Texas.=El cargamento del Vice-Consul D Santiago Magottin que se ha introducido en esta ciudad con guia expedida por N. siendo muy considerable debe haber causado drechos, asi como tambien los olros buques han benido al Puerto.=En tal virtud considero esa Aduana con ocho o nuebe mil pesos y por lo tanto en aptitud de auxiliar al Capitan On.
