Col. Johnston will require some facilities in the way of print- ing. He desires to have sundry blanks &c printed for the use of the Army &c and he is authorized to call upon you for assistance in accomplishing this part of his mission. You will therefore please cause to be executed all such printing as Col. Johnston may require and charge the same to the Govern- ment or defray the expenses out of any money in your hands belonging to the Government not otherwise appropriated. Sam Houston Benj.
