At the time I accepted the responsible station confered upon me, by your Excellency- I was induced to believe, that with economy in my domestic expenditures, .I should be enabled to support my family with- out incuring the horrors of debt, finding my error upon this subject, I am sir, in justice to myself and family, constrained to tender my resignation as Judge of the second Judicial district.
