Ss. & on the other by Cedar Bayou- form something of a triangle Cedar Bayou is a handsome little creek- very convenient to keep Boats lighters &c Safely in- full of fish both fresh water & Bay fish; excellant fresh water a short distance from the mouth-in fact it is one of the ·handsomest residences, with more conveniences & wood land attached to it than any other on the Bay. The Surveyor thinks more than half the tract is woodland. There cannot be less than 2.000 cord of wood on it independent of cedar of which there is a consider- able quantity. I could give you a more full discription of it, but pre- sume in case you wish to purchase you would prefer lookg at it first.
