after parting with you at Irwinton I made the best of my way to this place and after a verry long and fatigueing Journey reachd. hear in safety- I have writing some 2 or 3 times to Irwinton Since my return but-have not been Able to recd anny answer as yet. l\fy General Health since my return has not been Yerry good though at present it is some what improving and I think in a Short time I shall be restord to my former good Health it would afford me a Considerable pleasure if I Could hear from yon arnl hear let me requrst you to answer this immediately if you Can divote so much of Your time from Your official persuits. for be ashurd sir. that the-re is nothing that is Calculated to render me moore real pleasure then to hear Correctely from that land of novilty. particularly- from a man who could gi,·c me all the minute particulars and Circum- stances that is attending these.
