DEAR Srn:

Permit me to introduce to your acquaintance }fr Williamson Wil- liams a young man who has resided in my family for the last ten months & whose deportment has gained the respect of the community. I think Sir your confidence in .Mr Williams cannot be misplaced. Any attention shown him will be thankfully acknowledged. We are all in good health & l\Ir Currys family were also a few days since. I am very anxious to move to that country but Jane is unwilling to go. I think if you will write to her & persuade her a little she would consent to move. I should be truly glad to hear from you with a full description of the country & whether it would be prudent to carry a family there at present. Write to Livingston care of Fontaine & Freeman Mobile.
