A 11d be it fu.rther ordained and decreed, That all orders of appropriation of money, by the General Council of the Provisional Government of Texas, shall be referred to the Committee on Finance, who shall, in like manner, draw upon the Treasurer for the amount or amounts, in favor of the person or persons who is or are named to receive the same, as provided in the first section of this Ordinance.
