Be it f 111·1/1er ordained and decreed, That the Regimental Staff shall consist of one Adjutant, to be chosen frnm the officers of the line, one Quarter-master, one Pay- ma,:;ter, one .Judge-.Advocak, one Sergeant-Major, to be ap- pointed by the Colonel. SEC. 8. Be it fw·lher ordained and decreed, That the · Governor, as Commander-in-Chief of the Militia, shall be entitled to lour Aids-de-camp with the rank of Colonel.
