Bonnill as an accomplished officer: THEREFORE, Be it 1·esolved by the Govemor and Ge11eral Council, 'l'hat we recommend the acceptance of the services of Mr. Bonnill, and his appointment to the situation of Aid- cle-Camp to the Commander-in-Chief.
