Which resolution was unanimously adopted. Resolved, That the thanks of this house be tendered to the secretary for the faithful, prompt and efficient discharge of his duty. Which was also unanimously adopted. On motion of Mr. M. W. Smith, Resolved, That this house now adjourn to meet on the first day of March next, unlees sooner called by the governor and council; and that all the members of this body, who can repair to San Antonio to assist our fellow citizens in the field.
