Nava informed him that he was to proceed with the collection of all moneys due the mission. But in collecting he was to use no harsh measures, and was to allow the debtors or their representatives the necessary time to settle their accounts. After he had collected the debt of 6,u8.75 pesos, he was to call the creditors to make them substantiate their claims by showing what goods were sold to the mission and verifying the use to which the goods or supplies were put, before paying the 2,230.00 pesos claimed.': 40 Relaci6n de lo que adeudan a esta Mision de Sor.
