Is .it wise for a Southern Legislature for mere party pu.rposes to try to ·Nll off an Institution, which, with- -out a cent of aid from city State or General goyermnent - sends out every year more young men than any Institution in the whole South - which has had its hundreds of thousands - donated by the State?
