I have received a copy of the N Y "Times," containing the contract for Canal, entered into on the 1st. of May last, in Rivas b~tween M Felix Belly, & the Presidents of Costa-Rica and Nicaragua. It is a very interesting document, but will be particu- larly so to you who is personally alluded to in it, and therefore I for- ward it, The "Times" contains likewise an editorial article, from which you may form some idea of the opinions of the American press relative to this delectable business.
