Loss OF A TREASURY w ARRANT 1 Be it known that this day personally came and appeared before me, Charles Mason, Auditor of the Republic of Texas, Sam Hous- ton, President therefor, who being duly sworn deposeth and sayeth that he drew from the proper officers a Treasury warrant No. 382-from appropriation No. 7-as described in the above advertisement,:: the same being for the sum of one thousand Dollars-and that he has never sold-alienated, or transferred the same in any manner, that it has been lost, and that since lost, he has neither known or heard of the same-and that the same has been duly advertised according to the laws in such cases made and provided.
