PROCLAMATION OF THE FORFEITURE OF THE COLORADO MINING COMPANY'S CHARTER 1 By the President of the Republic of Texas: Proclamation Whereas, by the provisions of an act", entitled, "an act to incor- porate the Colorado Mining Company, and other companies for similar purposes," approved, January 17th 1842, certain privi- leges were extended to the following persons, to wit: Thomas Ragsdale, Thomas J. Rabb, Henry English, Jacob Pennington, James C. Ragsdale, William W. Thompson, Jesse Burnham, John H. Please send an order by the bearer for the amount Your &c W.H.C.
