Mr. William H. Dundass Dear Sir: In view of the great increase of population along the mail route No. 8663, upon which the enclosed memorial asks an increase of service, I would most respectfully urge upon the Department the positive necessity of the increase asked for, in the fact that the present service is utterly inadequate to the growing wants of the people contiguous to the line. They are pleased and satisfied with the present contractor, but the insufficiency of the service is a source of much inconvenience from which I hope the Department will speedily relieve them.
