$6000.00 Furthermore, said Lewis is to furnish and provide all the neces- sary travelling expenses in transporting the aforenamed horses to the City of Sabine, that a correct account of said expenses shall be kept and upon delivery of the same to said Houston in Texas he the aforesaid Houston binds himself to refund the expenses to said Lewis in scrip of the City of Sabine. It is further agreed that if any of the stock enumerated herein shall not be in con- dition from accident, or ill health to leave the residence of said Lewis, then the amount charged for such animal or animals shall be deducted and repaid to said Houston in Scrip of the City of Sabine. Also, the beforementioned animals are to be perfectly sound in every particular, that full and authentic pedigree are to be furnished by said Lewis and that all risks and accidents that may occur during the journey are to be wholly incurred by said Houston.
