TERMS OF THE LAW PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN HOUSTON AND JOHN BIRDSALL, JANUARY 8, 1839 1 Republic of Texas, County of Harrisburg . Be it known that Sam Houston and John Birdsauz have formed a copartnership in the profession and practice of Law in the Republic of Texas. The copartnership is to be equal, and to continue during the pleasure of the parties. In witness whereof we have hereto set our hands and seals this 8th day of Jany, 1839.
