In compliance with your order No. 5 Issued on the 9th Inst. The Militia in part of this Beat were paraded as notified at 2 o.clock this evening. It was impossible to give any thing like general notice earlier. There was not over one fourth of the Bt. on parade notwith standing the men were generally notified.
