APPENDICES During research for publication of this book, letters were written to Historical Commissions of all counties form- ed prior to 1847. We, also, heard from several individuals. As a result, the material in the Appendices was made available for publication. A Muster Roll was discovered, which was not on file with those in the Texas State Ar- chives and General Land Office as far as we were able to determine. *MUSTER ROLL A Muster Roll or Roll of Enlistment ofCapt.
