I, Edward Clark, Commissioner of Claims of the State of Texas, do hereby certify that the above & foregoing fifty three names is a correct list of the Company of Capt. William Bicknell, Officers & Privates, in service for two months & sixteen days in the year 1836 & 14 days in 1838 as I find them upon a list signed by Jas. S.
