I have found out a goodeal about the Indians on the other side of the- River sence I saw you all of which I will transmit in due time. Also about the Beef stealing a good portion of which is done by Men who were formerly citizens of this place though I dare not say anything at present but I believe in a short time the thing will work its self out I shall probably be out at Eagle Pass next week will Start after the Mail comes in if I can doe anything for you out there write by next mail
Yours Respectfuly JAS H. TAYLOR
