I have the honor to report that Ned Wingate Jr., the man who murdered, March the 3rd C.S. in open daylight in the street of Crockett. Henry Driskoll, a good citizen, was tried before the District Court in Crockett April the 2nd C.S. and adquitted by the Jury, to do forth and do likewise.
