I proceeded immediately to Bucksnort, and have made the contract for the corn at one Dollar pr Bushel delivered at this place. and this was the best possible contract that I could make. I went to Mr John Marlin according to your instructions but he would not deliver the corn here for less than one 25/ 100 Dolls pr Bushel.
