tively, that the said parties shall be paid in consideration of their services the amount per month, which in the column hereunto annexed is set opposite their names respectively at such time, and in such pro- portions, as are, or may be allowed by the general instructions for the Government of the Navy of Texas, and that the said parties shall be set at liberty, and the full amount due to them respectively, shall be punctually paid at the expiration of the term of their engagement.
