Felisola, Don Jose Urea, Don Joaquin Ramirez Y Sesma and Don Antonio Goano, and they are hereby authorized and directed to enter forthwith upon the discharge of their duties. with full powers lo carry the same into effect, in regard to protecting the property of the citizens of Texas, from spoilations by the Mexican Army, to receive any prisoners which are now, or may be in the hands of the Mexicans, taking in consequence of the present war and to procure the return of our property, stipulated to be returned by said agreement, above referred to. They are also authorized to procure the signatures of the Mexican Generals, above named, lo said agreement above referred to. Done the fourth [fourteenth] day of May eighteen hundred and thirty six.

Ejercito de operaciones. - Conviene al mejor servicio de la republica, que V. S., con todo cuanto perlenece al ejercito, marche para este cuartel general, conduciendolo todo en los carros de Lombardero, las cincuenta y cinco mulas de carga que ecsisten en esa, y las trescientas aparejadas que hoy mismo salen de aqui para esa, con igual objeto. Como en el Alamo hay varias piezas de artilleria en mal estado, y de calibres irregulares, de las que se cogieron al enemigo, hara V. S. que el comandante de artilleria las inutilice a fuego, verificando lo mismo con las armas de mano que no sean de una conocida utilidad: por lo que toca a las municiones y proyectiles de la misma clase, hagalos em la noche echar al rio, o tome con ellos la providen!:ia que esliree mas oportuna, y de el resultado que se desea, y que a V. S. no es clesconocido. Los enfermos que puedan caminar, lo verificaran; los que no, se acomodaran en los carros, y los totalmente inuliles, e incapaces de moverse, encarguelos V. S. a la autoridad politica, a quien seran satisfechos religiosamente, los gastos que eroguen
