The news from Weslern is that a Brig is off the bar of the aransas wilh Troops & that earls have gone to the Copano for the Baggage Gent Cos is lo come by land in all this weeks 70 men have reached Bejar by land & the Goliad Company have got back with new horses from Bejar & relook a part of the old ones from the indians. It is probbihle thal I may go lo Matagorda & .will determine when the earl comes back if the whiskey is any thing like the other bbl. bring one more.
