Office of the Principal Commandant of Tamaulipas His Honor the Commandant General of these Stales, Brigadier General Martin Perfecto de Cos, in superior order of yesterday, infroms me as follows, viz: "Under date the 19th August last, His Excellency the Minister of War and Navy has been pleased to communicate to me the following: "I have laid before His Excellency the President ad interim, your note of the 30th ult. No. 475, accompanying the Memorial of George Fisher, and his Excellency commands that his banishment shall be carried into execution, for very grave and important reasons, which His Excellency has had before him-which I communicate to your Honor in answer, and must insist, upon its compliance. And I transmit the same to you for your information, and that in ·consequence thereof you will acquaint the party interested, designating unto him prudentially, the time within which he has to leave this port, in obedience to the preceding Superior Resolution." And I transcribe the same Lo you for your information and compliance; assigning you the time of si_x days to_ leave this City, in quest of a vessel in which lo leave this Repuhhc as decreed by
