You have been elected by the people of this .Municipality one of the three Delegates lo l\lcet the Polilical Chief of this Department al San Felipe on the 1st day of August next to represent the feelings of lhe people of this Municipality and to consult and advise on the most prudent and proper measures to be adopted in the alarming Slate of the Country. You are respect-fully requested to attend at the request of the Chief and in compliance ,vith the expressed wish of your constituents. It is not improper to inform you thal Capt. Wylie l\fartin is now acting as Political Chief
