And for what? They Lell you of clangers that do not exist-all Mexico is al peace and will continue lo be so, if your own rashness do not lead you astray. Citizens or Anahuac, Beware! listen not to men who have no home, who have ~10 family who have nothing to loose in case of civil war and who by merely ·crossing the Sabine, can put themselves out of the power or Lhc Mexican Nation, leaving yourselves, wives and children a prey to the infuriated Soldier, without protection and without friends. Citizens of Anahuac remain al home occupy yourselves in your daily avocations for the maintainance of your family, have confidence in the General Government and all will yet be well.
