Bexar, July 18, L835. Up lo this time l have not received any olher news relating lo Lhe detachment of Anahuac, except Lhat they had been carried lo San Felipe by force. As the messengers that I sent lo Anahuac were arrested and I have nol yet succeeded in having them libernled, T cannot send many military messengers.
