Ayunlamienlo of the Jurisdiction of Columbia
To his excellency James B Miller. Sir Your official of the 1st day of July was duly received and has been taken inlo consideration by this body and resolutions have been passed which will consumate your orders for Lhe organization of the militia &c. on the 19th day of the present month.
