Commencing at the Cotton House of Fuller and I-lackfcll on the west bank of the Brazos River thence running westerly on the lower line of John Sweny's Plantation on to the river Bernard thence west to Caney Creek so as lo include all the inhabitants west of the river Brazos, and ahovc the afforesaicl line within the limits of the Jurisdiction of Columbia.- Company District No. 2-Brazoria Art 2d. Shall com pri;.1,e the following limits viz. Commen- cing at the [torn J easterly on the coast, lo the mouth of Oyster Creek, thence up Oyster Creek to the upper line of the Plantation of W. H. Wharton, thence in a direct line to the boundary between S. F. Austin and E. St. John Hawkins which is on the cast bank of the river Brazos two hundred yards north of the house on the east side of of said river occupied by Robert J. Colder, thence up said river to the Cotton House of Fuller and Harrell, thence in a westerly direction on the Columbia line to Caney Creek, thence down the said Creek to the mouth or place of beginning.- Art 3d. Company District No. 3, 0. H. Milburn's Plantation (Live Oak Grove) Shall comprize the following limits viz. beginning on the east side of the Brazos river, two hundred yards above the house occupied by R. J. Colder thence running up said river lo the upper line of the League of land granted by the Mexican Government to Francis Bingham, thence in a direct line to the head waters of Clear Creek, thence down said Creek to its mouth thence on the Bay of Galveston to the mouth of Oyster Creek, thence up said Creek to the upper line of the Plantation of W. H. Wharton, thence in a direct line to the Boundry line between Austin and Hawkins, two hundred yards north of the house now occupied by R. J. Colder or place of beginning. Art. 4th. All the persons liable to do military duty, between the age of 18 and 50 years, will assemble at the place designated within their respectable Company Districts- on Sunday the 19th day of July inst. and organize themselves into a company, and make choice of their officers viz.- One Captain, two Lieutenants, two Sub Lieutenants, one 1st Sergeant, four second Sergeants and ten Corporals.- Art 5th. Alexr. Calvit Esq. will give the necessary notice of said Election, and preside at the town of Brazoria.- Art 6th. W. C. White Esq. will give the necessary notice of said Eleclion and preside at the town of Columbia.- Art. 7th. Jas. F. Perry Esq. will give the necessary notice of suid Election and preside al Live Oak Grove or 0. H. ~lilhurn's Plantation.-
