Circular From The Council Of Texas To The People Generally.

Mr. Perry, from the Committee on the subject of the address proposed by the chair, to the citizens of Texas generally, made the following report, which on motion of Mr. Perry was adopted, and one thousand copies directed to be printed; whereupon A.
