I am advised by your Excellency's report of the 16th of this month of the declarations that were received at the villa of Guerrero, made hy the order of General Ramirez y Sesma, and which your Excellency enclosed with the cited report, by the soldiers of the companies of Bejar, Rio Grande, and Laredo, who had left Bejar.
