His majesly lefl on the 3d i11sl, and will arrive with part of his army al Bejar, or St. Anlo11io, where Lhc brave General Coss capitulated to Lhc Ladies; he will make his appearance in march in due season Lo miss the spring buds of his prospects, "and teach the young idea how to shoot." We have here an assortmenl of troops from the South, say from 9 to 1200; rumor reports they are deslincd for Labahia. and Lo leave on about the l0Lh march by land. The president docs not appear lo enjoy as good a reputation with the congress as he is entitled lo. They arc culling off his resources by ordering all duties and liherances to be paid in the city of i'vlcxico, which are clue, or may become due in this part.
