To All Volunteers and Troops for the Aid of Texas in her Conflict: I now recommend to come by sea, and to land at Copano, Coxes Point, or Matagorda. The time employed will be less than one-fourth that which would be needful to pass by land. To those who would prefer to pass by land, I would recommend to bring Baggage Wagons; and to bring NO HORSES, unless for teams, or for packing. By the first of March the campaign will open.
