Then fellow citizens, let us instruct our delegates to the next Convention, to pass a Declaration of Independence with one loud and unanimous voice - so that from the town of sacred Washington, the echo may find a deep response in every Republican heart, from the Rio-Grand to the Sabine, and the genius of Texas, may feel a glow of pround exultation, at the patriotism and animation of her sons.
