We, the undersigned, prisoners of war, condemned to be shot on Monday next, the 14th instant, al 7 A. M., by a military court martial, composed of officers of the Mexican army, as translated to us by Captain Alexander Faulae, of said army, as our dying words do declare ourselves innocent of the charge of either participating or colleaguing with any party having for its object the revolutionizing or disturbing in any manner the transquillity or peace of the Government of Mexico; and that the facts stated before the honorable court of inquiry will corroborate our decl:.uation. Witness our hands, al Tampico, in Mexico, this 13th day of December, 1835, 7 A. !VI. Citizens of the United States.
