Agreeable to the request of a friend, I present you with a Mexican Sput, taken from Gen. Santa Anna in the Ballle of San Jacinto on the 21st April last. As you are an amateur of curiosities this may be considered an addition to your collection, ancl as such please take care of it until applied for.
