Neither of these printings agrees In all details with the other or the Lamar copy. The principal point on which there is disagreement concerns the Mexican artillery. The printed versions of Rusk's account state that lt consisted of one "nine-pounder;" Lamar's copy of Rusk's report states that it was a "twelve-pounder." General Houston's report agrees with Lamar.
