Resolved, that in pursuance of the foTegoing promises, we deem it necessary to enter into such arrangements, as will best secure our safety. Resolved, that l\Iaj. George Sutherland, John C. Caldwell E qr. and G. Borden Jn. be appointed the committee of Correspondence and inquiry. Resolved that the Secretary be required to transmit the proceed- ings of this meeting to other corresponding conimittees.
