Aunque esta determinacion no es conforme a las ordenes que sobre est.a materia comunic6 el Gobierno al referido Comisona.do, la acepta esta Corporacion baxo el preciso requisito de qe. el mismo Comisionado queda responsable a la recaudacion de aqueJla suma, y quando la concluya terminara en el exercicio de ella, por cuya razon es indis- pensable que V. al tiempo de entrega.r los titulos de posesion a esos habitantes exija de cada uno la correspondt 11 obligacion de la suma total qe. debe pagar, tanto pr el valor del Terreno qe. se le ha mercenado como pr los .derechos de Comision y clemas gastos aseguarandolos con el mismo Terreno qe reciben, a cuyo fin poclra V. formar un libro en que queden asentaclas dichas hipotecas u o bligaciones.
