Luis de Onis, y pretender su posesion lrnsta los margcnes del Rio Grande cuya empresa no les sera muy costosn si esta frontera permanece coma ahora se halla desguarnecicla, clesarmacla, y sin el correspondiente auxilio de reales; y si n eJlos se les toleran los cstablecimientos ar- bitrarios que estrm hnciendo bajo el especioso titulo de patriotas: todo lo que tengo el honor de comunicar n VE esperanclo se sirvn, si lo tuviero a bien, ponerlo en el conocimiento de S.
