STEPHEN F. AusTIN ESQUIRE Bexar DEAR Srn I
Yours of 15u,, March was duly receiv'd. It will at all times afford us pleasure in hearing from you, and.not less so in supplying goods to those of your acquaintances who may visit this port for supplies. The stock we generally have on hand belongs to merchants princi~ pally of this City, and it is seldom that we are permitted to sell other- wise than for cash, we can however supply them at a lower rate than most of our neighbours which in some measure will Compensate for prompt payment.
