I inclose, with this, a Spanish Passport of July 1797, in compli- ance with your re.quest of Jan. 16. This Passport, (with a number of Papers was received here about ten days after the Minister; Don Onis, had left the Ci~ on bis way to Europe. I judged it useless to transmit the papers to Madrid.
