Attorney and in my name to De- mand from all and every person whatsoever, having any transac- tions with me the said Adam Brown-To make settlements, and payment, Either on open Accounts or Bonds-To Demand Deeds nnd transfers of property, both real and personal-To make set- tlements and give discharges in all unsettled matters, either for Lands ·or Tenements, in Town or Country, or· for any other prop- e1;ty.-To demand from Samuel Hammond a full settlement of all my transactions, both in Law and Equity, whether for Land and Ten- nment, or for other property-and in fine I do by these presents.
