If you have not given your deposition (respecting the attack Mr M Austins house) at the Mine A Burton, you will oblige me and a~so Mr M Austin by coming to Mr Andrews to-night or early to- ·morrow morning it is important that we should have. abundant evidence o~ this subject and I trust Sir you will with pleasure give us yours.
