On which Petition the Judge made the following order To wit; Ordered that a meeting of the creditors of the Petitioner be held before the Parish Judge of said, Parrish, on the second monday of May next to deliberate on the nff airs of the petitioner, and that in the mean time all proceedings be stayed against his person and property, and untill further Order be had thereon 9 th April 1825.
