S. el Sor Anthony Butler Coronel retirado del Goh 110 del Norte., Este Senor esta destinado a la Capital de l& Republica y a mas de su pa.saporte del Gob 00 del Norte lleva una carts. d~l Sor Presidente el Gral Jackson dirijida al :Ministro de aquel Gobno el Sor.Poinsett la cual tiene este parafo "El portador de esta, el Coronel Butler, va a Mexico encar(J'ado de comunicaciones de la mas interesante e i.mportante caracter p~el Gobn° n'lejicano." El Coronel Butler solicite de V. S. el correspondiente pasaporte, Y no ~udo que las comunicaciones que lleva del Gob 00 del Norte al de e~~a :8epublica son interesantes y que importa mucha que llega sin clilacion. En cuya inteligencia le recomiendo a la atencion del Gob 110 de este depto al cargo de V. S. solicitando de mi parte para este Senor las._facilidades correspondientes para el pronto complecion de SUS negoc1os y seguro viage a la Capital de este Republica.
